Integration
No system stands alone — and yet collaboration often fails right at the interfaces in between. We make sure your systems talk to each other cleanly: reliably, traceably, and maintainably, instead of as an overgrown tangle nobody can make sense of anymore. Our focus is on the SAP Integration Suite and modern integration architectures on the SAP Business Technology Platform — right where system boundaries become fluid and data needs to flow in real time.
More than interfaces
Good integration is invisible. bad integration never lets you forget it
The more systems you run, the more it matters how well they work together. Bad integration shows up fast: manual rework, inconsistent data, and processes that stall right at the handoffs.
We build integrations you don’t notice, because they simply work. Instead of quickly bolted-together point-to-point-
connections, we design architectures that stay manageable even as your landscape keeps growing. Cleanly documented, traceable, and built so your own team can work with it too.
Our focus is on the SAP Integration Suite and the SAP Business Technology Platform — that’s where we connect SAP and non-SAP systems into a single whole that works together reliably.
Our Mission
TURNING INDIVIDUAL SYSTEMS INTO ONE WHOLE
As SAP integration experts, we make sure your systems work together cleanly: we show you what the SAP Integration Suite can really do, how to meaningfully connect the SAP and non-SAP worlds, and how to make your integration cloud-ready. We analyze, evaluate, give honest feedback — and build an integration layer with you that fits your landscape and grows with it.
Our approach
From analysis to live integration — whatever your project needs.
- Current-state analysis & system landscape:
We get a clear picture of your systems, data flows, and interfaces, and define together where integration has the biggest impact. - Integration design:
We design the right architecture — from which systems communicate how, to standards for error handling and monitoring. - Implementation & technology:
Whether it’s SAP Integration Suite, APIs, events, or hybrid scenarios — we bring SAP and non-SAP systems together reliably. - Operations & knowledge transfer:
We make sure integrations run stably day to day, and pass on our knowledge so your team stays self-sufficient.
Our goal for the project
Your systems speak the same language.
- Clear integration architecture:
Documented and traceable, instead of an overgrown tangle - Reliable data flows:
Consistent data across system boundaries, without manual rework - Operational transparency:
Monitoring and error handling, so problems become visible before they escalate - A scalable foundation:
An integration layer that grows as new systems are added

Integration of external services with an SAP S/4HANA Utilities-based SaaS platform

For an IT service provider in the energy industry, we supported the build-out of a cloud-based SaaS platform. Built on SAP S/4HANA Utilities, the platform covers the full range of functions, processes, and integrations for municipal utilities and energy suppliers.
Within this architecture, integration itself was understood and designed as a service: Integration-as-a-Service enables both standardized and individually tailored connections to external services and partner solutions.
Alongside integrating services with the core module, Kangoolutions also developed a solution, built on the SAP Integration Suite, for mapping market processes for regulated monopoly segments.
Standardization, multi-tenancy, and the ability to configure integrations individually were key architectural requirements here, allowing the integrations to be used flexibly across different customers.
A custom SuccessFactors analytics solution for an international financial services provider

For an international financial services provider, we replaced standard reporting in SAP SuccessFactors with a custom analytics solution. At the core of the architecture are the SAP Integration Suite and a relational database — in this case PostgreSQL — serving as the central reporting layer.
iFlows extract the HR data from SuccessFactors via batch runs and transfer it into the database. What matters here isn’t the transport — it’s the processing: every record is normalized to defined reporting cut-off dates and organized into consistent time slices.
The result is a consistent, historized data foundation that can be analyzed with any common analytics tool — whether SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or a classic BW.
The data storage itself was also deliberately designed to be interchangeable: PostgreSQL was an architectural choice here, not a dependency.
The real leverage lies in reusability. Because the data is cleanly normalized, the same layer can also serve as a source for connecting other systems that depend on HR data — external payroll solutions, for instance.
What started as a reporting requirement has become a central integration building block.
Integration that runs reliably, protects, and grows with you.
Whether utilities, manufacturing, or other industries: we connect your systems so data flows reliably and your processes run smoothly.
